Die Musicbanda Franui feiert 2023 ihr 30-jähriges Bühnenjubiläum, das finale Geburtstagskonzert des Jahres findet in Erl statt, wo die 10 MusikerInnen aus Osttirol fast seit Beginn jährlich auftreten.

 

Wie gesagt: Was dabei genau zu hören sein wird, ob die Musiker mit ihrer Klangbatterie aus Streichern, Volksmusik-Saiteninstrumenten sowie Holz- und Blechbläsern zur Messe läuten oder lieber gleich ins Wirtshaus marschieren, ob sie auf ihren Instrumenten frohlocken oder schluchzen, das alles ist schwer zu sagen. Sicher ist, dass zu Herzen gehend gesungen und gespielt wird, dass der eine oder andere Schubert dabei ist und dass auf alle Fälle ein Trauermarsch geblasen wird. „Die intelligenteste Dorfkapelle der Welt.“ (Die Zeit)

The Musicbanda Franui celebrates its 30th stage anniversary in 2023, the final birthday concert of the year takes place in Erl, where the 10 musicians from East Tyrol have been performing annually almost since the beginning.

 

As I said: What will be heard exactly, whether the musicians will ring the bell for mass with their battery of sounds made up of strings, folk music string instruments as well as woodwind and brass instruments or whether they would rather march straight into the tavern, whether they rejoice on their instruments or sob, that's all hard to say. What is certain is that the singing and playing will go to the heart, that one or the other Schubert will be there and that in any case a funeral march will be blown.
