בסדרה הקרובה יבצע להב שתי יצירות מופת של מלחינים רוסים ששינו, כל אחד בדרכו, את תולדות המוזיקה הקלאסית. פטרושקה של סטרווינסקי, הבלט המופתי שהפך להצלחה מסחררת ומספר את סיפורה של בובה שקמה לתחייה; סוויטה סקיתית של פרוקופייב, גם היא נכתבה במקור כבלט והפכה אחר כך לסוויטה תזמורתית עם תיאור נועז של חברה ברברית עתיקה; ורפסודיה על נושא מאת פגניני של רחמנינוב, אחת היצירות הוירטואוזיות שהוא כתב לפסנתר, שיש בה גם תחכום ומורכבות שאפיינו את הכתיבה המאוחרת שלו. את הרפסודיה ינגן חואן פרס פלוריסטן, אחד הפסנתרנים האהובים והמחוזרים ביותר בארץ ובעולם מאז זכייתו בפרס הראשון בתחרות רובינשטיין 2021. פלוריסטן שובה את הקהל בזכות שילוב נדיר בין וירטואוזיות לרגישות, רוח נעורים ובשלות, ידע מעמיק לצד חופש אמנותי. בנוסף ליצירות מרתקות אלה, נבצע בכורה ליצירה של בוריס פיגובט "ובחרת בחיים"

In the upcoming series, Lahav will perform two masterpieces by Russian composers who, each in their own way, changed the history of classical music. Stravinsky's Petrushka, the masterful ballet that became a resounding success and tells the story of a doll that has been resurrected; Prokofiev's Scythian Suite, also originally written as a ballet and later transformed into an orchestral suite with a bold depiction of an ancient barbarian society; And Rachmaninoff's Rhapsody on a Theme by Paganini, one of the virtuoso works he wrote for the piano, which also has the sophistication and complexity that characterized his later writing. The rhapsody will be played by Juan Peres Floristan, one of the most beloved and sought-after pianists in Israel and the world since winning the first prize in the 2021 Rubinstein Competition. Floristan captivates the audience thanks to a rare combination of virtuosity and sensitivity, youthful spirit and maturity, in-depth knowledge alongside artistic freedom. In addition to these fascinating pieces, we will premiere Boris Pigovet's piece "And You Chose Life"
