This is one of the appointments of the season that will make labels waltz, and make you lose your bearings! The Arpeggiata is a vocal and instrumental early music ensemble with variable geometry centered around the personality of its musical director and conductor, the great Christina Pluhar .

She will once again be able to surprise us, as in each of her projects: we will dive into a broth of influences, drawn from baroque art music as well as traditional music or other genres, such as jazz or other forms of artistic expression such as dance with Anna Dego . 

In Alla Napoletana , Christina Pluhar greedily explores all the musical facets of Naples, one of the most intoxicating Italian cities, and offers us an original program served by two magnificent voices:   the brilliant Céline Scheen and the inimitable Vincenzo Capezzuto .

In the 18th century , Naples was the capital of music, the cradle of opera and the Commedia dell'arte. The prestigious Neapolitan conservatories encouraged the emergence of exceptional musicians and composers as well as famous castrati. The Arpeggiata on the model of this ardent period for Naples, will offer us a program as varied, invigorating and colorful as the city of Vesuvius.

Voilà bien l’un des rendez-vous de la saison qui va faire valser les étiquettes, et vous faire perdre le nord ! L’Arpeggiata est un ensemble vocal et instrumental de musique ancienne à géométrie variable centré autour de la personnalité de sa directrice musicale et cheffe, la grande Christina Pluhar.

Elle saura une fois encore nous surprendre, comme dans chacun de ses projets : nous plongerons dans un bouillon d’influences, puisées aussi bien dans la musique savante baroque que de la musique traditionnelle ou d’autres genres, tel que le jazz ou encore d’autres formes d’expression artistique comme ici la danse avec Anna Dego. 

Dans Alla Napoletana, Christina Pluhar explore avec gourmandise toutes les facettes musicales de Naples, l’une des plus enivrantes villes italiennes, et nous offre un programme original servi par deux magnifiques voix :  la brillante Céline Scheen et l’inimitable Vincenzo Capezzuto.
