This opera engenders a new model of harmony, transcending time and space, where the past and the future become one.

Ten years after the success of The End , an opera without humans for Vocaloid with Hatsune Miku, Keiichiro Shibuya returns to Châtelet with his most ambitious work to date, presented as a world premiere, Android Opera Mirror .

Android Opera Mirror is a new form of opera, where technology and human expression meet: a humanoid AI-powered singing robot, the Appassionato orchestra, a Japanese Buddhist choir, composer Keiichiro Shibuya's piano and his electronic music. On the screen, visual artist Justine Emard creates visuals in real time mixed with the videos of the android.
