CHRISTIAN JOST IS IN TURKEY FOR THE FIRST TIME WITH THE DICHTERLIEBE RECOMPOSED PROJECT!

Dichterliebe (The Poet's Love), the famous lied poem written by Robert Schumann, the emotional child of the Romantic era, on the lines of Heinrich Heine, the important name of German literature, was recomposed by Christian Jost, one of the leading composers of our time. Creating a new composition by expanding this 16-song song sequence with a theatrical musical expression, Jost transforms these lines into music after Robert Schumann. In this way, it gives art lovers the opportunity to compare the musical expression of Heinrich Heine's lines in two different centuries.

GEDIK ART ROOM SONGS FESTIVAL OPENING CONCERT AT ZORLU PSM WITH ITS DICHTERLIEBE RECOMPOSED PROJECT!

The Turkish premiere of the project, which was released in April 2019 with the Deutsche Grammophone label, is at Zorlu PSM as the opening concert as part of the Gedik Art Chamber Songs Festival. All details of the festival, which will take place between September 2021 and May 2022, will be announced on the Gedik Sanat website on September 15, 2021.

Gedik Sanat, which follows the new music trends in the world and aims to deliver the works to art lovers, carries the partnership of Schumann & Heine with Jost, who received the Ernst von Siemens Composition Award in 2003, to the present day. The concert, which will be held on September 20 at Zorlu PSM under the conductorship of Jost, will be accompanied by Diskant Contemporary Music Ensemble, while Grammy award-winning tenor Bülent Bezdüz will take part as a soloist.

DICHTERLIEBE RECOMPOSED PROJESİYLE CHRISTIAN JOST İLK DEFA TÜRKİYE’DE!

Romantik dönemin duygusal çocuğu Robert Schumann’ın, Alman edebiyatının önemli ismi Heinrich Heine’nin dizeleri üzerine yazdığı ünlü lied demedi Dichterliebe (Ozanın Aşkı) çağımızın önde gelen bestecilerinden Christian Jost tarafından yeniden bestelendi. 16 şarkılık bu şarkı dizisini, teatral bir müzikal anlatımla genişleterek yeni bir kompozisyon yaratan Jost, Robert Schumann’ın ardından bu dizeleri müziğe başkalaştırarak dönüştürüyor. Bu yolla sanatseverlere iki farklı yüzyılda Heinrich Heine’nin dizelerinin müzik yoluyla anlatım biçimlerini karşılaştırma fırsatı veriyor.

GEDİK SANAT ODA ŞARKILARI FESTİVALİ AÇILIŞ KONSERİ DICHTERLIEBE RECOMPOSED PROJESİYLE ZORLU PSM’DE!

Nisan 2019’da Deutsche Grammophone etiketiyle yayımlanan projenin Türkiye prömiyeri Gedik Sanat Oda Şarkıları Festivali kapsamında açılış konseri olarak Zorlu PSM’de gerçekleşiyor. Eylül 2021 – Mayıs 2022 tarihleri arasında gerçekleşecek festivalin tüm detayları 15 Eylül 2021 tarihinde Gedik Sanat web-sitesinde ilan edilecek.

Dünyadaki yeni müzik akımlarını takip eden, yapılan çalışmaları sanatseverlere ulaştırmayı amaç edinen Gedik Sanat, 2003 yılında Ernst von Siemens Bestecilik Ödülünün sahibi Jost ile Schumann & Heine birlikteliğini günümüze taşıyor. 20 Eylül tarihinde Zorlu PSM’de Jost’un şefliğinde verilecek olan konsere Diskant Çağdaş Müzik Topluluğu eşlik ederken, Grammy ödüllü tenor Bülent Bezdüz ise solist olarak yer alacak.
