Indestructible Nutcracker , 130 years battery. Tchaikovsky's ballet, like all the masterpieces of the Russian master, has been able to lend itself to all sorts of metamorphoses. Based on a tale by Hoffmann, The Nutcrackeris the story of little Clara who, on Christmas Eve, receives a beautiful nutcracker in the shape of a soldier from her uncle. During the night the wooden object comes to life and becomes a prince who drags Clara to the Kingdom of Delights. Originally choreographed by Marius Petipa, this magical ballet, under the leadership of Blanca Li, takes the form of a contemporary urban fable where music mixes, dances are updated and where the toy of yesteryear is now a robot controlled via the iPad. These transformations take nothing away from the excitement of Christmas, quite the contrary. The choreographer maintains all of Tchaikovsky's hits, such as the “Flower Waltz”, but by giving the work the sounds and colors of today, she enriches it in the most delightful way. After Robot , Solstice, Goddesses and demons , this is the perfect opportunity to find Blanca Li.

Inusable Casse-Noisette, 130 ans pile. Le ballet de Tchaïkovski comme tous les chefs-d’œuvre du maître russe a su se prêter à toutes sortes de métamorphoses. Inspiré d’un conte d’Hoffmann, Casse-Noisette est l’histoire de la petite Clara qui le soir de Noël reçoit de son oncle un beau casse-noisette en forme de soldat. Pendant la nuit l’objet en bois prend vie et devient un prince qui entraîne Clara au Royaume des Délices. À l’origine chorégraphié par Marius Petipa, ce ballet-féerie, sous la houlette de Blanca Li, prend la forme d’une fable urbaine contemporaine où les musiques se métissent, les danses s’actualisent et où le jouet d’autrefois est désormais un robot commandé via l’iPad. Ces transformations n’ôtent rien à l’excitation de Noël, bien au contraire. La chorégraphe maintient tous les hits de Tchaïkovski, comme la « Valse des fleurs », mais en donnant à l’œuvre les sonorités et les couleurs d’aujourd’hui elle l’enrichit de la plus réjouissante des manières. Après Robot, Solstice, Déesses et démones, c’est l’occasion rêvée de retrouver Blanca Li.
