Erin Marks

Erin Marks is a young American lyric-mezzo based in Vienna, Austria, originally from the greater New York area of the U.S. She has been seen on stages around Austria, the United States and as far as China. Since joining the ensemble of Bühne Baden in October 2021, Erin has sung solos in several productions including the roles of Vera/Maude in Funny Girl, Sidonie in Graf von Luxemburg, and was featured in Sunset Boulevard, Im weißen Rössl (ORF Live Broadcast), and the Austrian debut of the musical, Nine (Neun). Erin also had the pleasure of jumping in for colleague Verena Scheitz, and sang the role of Orlofsky this past January in Die Fledermaus Prior to her engagement in Baden, Erin's soloist work includes a liederabend of Florence Price at Burg Bernstein with soprano Stephanie DePre
