Biography
South Korean baritone Jusung Gabriel Park emerged to the world after winning the Third Prize winner of Operalia 2021 and in the same year, representing his country at BBC Cardiff Singer of the World. He is also the Second Prize winner of International Helmut Deutsch Competition in 2023. He is current a member of the Wiener Staatsoper Opernstudio for the 2022/23 and 2023/24 season, and he is engaged to stay as an Ensemble member of the Wiener Staatsoper after the Opernstudio. Recent and forthcoming engagements include concert tour of Beethoven Nínth Symphony with Milan Symphony Orchestra in Italy and Switzerland; Mahler’s Des Knaben Wunderhorn in Concertgebouw with pianist Juilius Drake; singing Rinaldo in Detroit Opera singing the role of Argante; Ninth Symphony with Seoul P
