Tango opereta Ástorja Piazzolle, utemeljitelja novega tanga (tango nuevo), z libretom Horacia Ferrera je bila premierno uprizorjena leta 1968 v dvorani Sala Planeta v Buenos Airesu. Skladateljev navdih za nastanek dela je bila njegova ljubimka Egle Martin, o kateri je nekoč rekel: »Ona je glasba, nikomur ne more pripadati, ne, ona je glasba, ona je glasba in to sem jaz.«
Naša uprizoritev bo s povezovanjem plesa, besede in petja stremela k brisanju razdalje med občinstvom in umetnikom.

The tango operetta by Ástor Piazzolla, the founder of the new tango (tango nuevo), with a libretto by Horacio Ferrer, was premiered in 1968 at the Sala Planeta in Buenos Aires. The composer's inspiration for the creation of the work was his lover Egle Martin, about whom he once said: "She is music, she cannot belong to anyone, no, she is music, she is music and this is me." Our performance will be by connecting dance
, words and singing aimed to erase the distance between the audience and the artist.
