<p>In 2020, Carrie was awarded a Linbury Prize Royal Opera House Bursary. This followed being announced as a Finalist for the Linbury Prize in Stage Design in 2019. Also in 2019, Carrie won the Royal Opera House’s Design Prize and the Costume Society’s Patterns of Fashion Award. Carrie graduated in costume construction with the Royal Opera House, London in 2019. In 2013, Carrie graduated in fashion design from Central Saint Martins’ College, London. Carrie has a previous career as a lawyer working for a large international company and graduating from law school in the UK in 2001. Opera credit as a costume designer, The Marriage of Figaro for Longhope Opera, UK, 2017. Since then, Carrie has been working as an assistant in opera and ballet and designing musicals, plays and immersive theatre.
